Eagleway Developments acquires sites for new residential and mixed use opportunities within London and the south east, for both short term housing allocation and long term strategic developments, in urban and rural locations. We will consider opportunities with and without planning permission, and have funding in place for small, medium and large projects.
Design
We work with both external architects and interior designers as well as our own in-house design team. We ensure that each design is unique and of high quality, and is in line with the client’s budget, brief and ambitions.

We have a highly skilled team of talented individuals and craftsmen, who are experts in their trades. What makes us different is the quality of our workmanship, our attention to detail and our ability to deliver and manage each project successfully in line with the client’s programme.

Our team of property professionals and qualified engineers help landlords, estate agents and individuals manage and maintain their properties. This includes regular and occasional maintenance, Gas Safety certificates, full refurbishment and all other property repairs. Our team is quick, efficient and works to a high standard.

OUR STORY

Shpendi Pirraci is the founder of Eagleway Developments.
Shpendi is from a family who owns an established and successful developing and contracting business in Albania called Pirraci U6 (link to Pirraci U6 projects).
​
Shpendi previously worked in the family business, directing a number of key projects, some of which are included below in the 'Selected Projects' section.
Through Eagleway Developments, Shpendi and his team continue his family legacy in the UK, and his passion for excellence and attention to detail drives him to deliver well designed, high quality buildings in London and the south east.
